https://www.oneworldeverybodyeats.org  OWEE would be a great organisation to partner with because my cafe model is a development and improvement on their model (as seen in the cafe research post). But also I would like to partner with a profitable company to help with costs and such.  http://www.freshdirect.co.nz   Fresh Direct would be a good to partner with but I think for smaller towns/villages which is where I want to focus, would work better with bringing in product from local farmers rather than a big corporation.  http://ripecoffee.co.nz  Ripe w ould work perfectly with the cafe idea, bringing in sustainable coffee beans from  West Java, Indonesia and Panama. They work closely with the people growing and collecting the beans. The company is New Zealand based so it would be easy to bring in the beans as well as set up  financial  meetings.  In the end I have chosen to partner with Ripe as well as work along side with OWEE....

I did some research on the community cafes and found  Denise  Cerrito created an organisation called  One World Everybody Eats (OWEE)  which was for the purpose of spreading her community cafe business model.  https://www.moneycrashers.com/community-cafes/  described her  community cafe model as; E verything is made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Touch Points; Only fresh, locally grown produce as well as freshly made bread and such Helping out poorer families and the homeless with easily worked for food All food scraps are donated to local pig farms The cafe is the centre pin of the community It houses a system which  people  can  donate  Pin Board which people can post about needing or offering services Final Production Idea; I want to create the trading board that will be in the cafe where people can come and trade services/products for other services/products in action.
